In 2074, a metropolis is divided in two by the rapid rise of the sea level: the richest citizens live in an elevated city, dedicating themselves to unbridled fun, while the rest of the community survives in shacks underneath them. More and more people are leaving the city looking for fortune, but a young boy named Eric aspires to become part of high society.
